Visa Overview: China

Visitor:

Visa is required for U.S. citizens visiting P.R. China.

How to apply:

1. You must come to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate -General in the consular jurisdiction in which you live to submit the application; or
2. If you cannot come personally, you may entrust Majestic Vacations to come to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate -General in the consular jurisdiction in which you live for the application process.

Requirements:

1. Your valid & actual passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity with at least one blank visa page in it.
2. One completed Visa Application Form (Q1) with one passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).

Processing time (Mail / Deliver Time was NOT included):

The regular processing time is 4 working days. 1 working day and 2-3 working days express service is available upon request and is subject to additional fee.

Visa Validity and Duration of Stay:

1. Usually the validity of a Single Entry or Double Entry "L" visa is 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue. This means the holder of the visa shall enter China no later than 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue, otherwise the visa is expired and is null and void. The duration of stay of a "L" visa is 30 days, which means the holder of the visa may stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry.
2. The visa officer may extend the Duration of Stay if the applicant needs and requests a stay in China for more than 30 days.

Additional information:

Any person suffering from a mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or other such infectious diseases shall not be permitted to enter China.

  We will submit your passport(s) and visa application form(s) to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the consular jurisdiction in which you live, and return your passport via U.S. Priority Mail once they have granted and stamped you a visa. The total turnaround time upon receipt of documents is 14 days or less. The $180 will cover the consulate fee for single entry as well as our service fee

  For example, a double-entry visa with 2-day Fed Ex using our standard service for 1 person would be ($20 + $180 = $200).

Instructions For Using Our Service:

1. Print and complete our visa checklist.
2. Print and fill out the visa application form (Form Q-1) for each person. This form must be completed in full including the intended date of entry into China.
3. Include one passport-sized photograph (black & white or color) with each visa application form.
4. Make sure that your passport has at least 6 months validity from the intended date of entry into China. (Most Asian countries require that passport be valid for at least 6 months after entry)
5. Mail us 1 completed visa checklist, a visa application form for each person with photo, a passport for each person, and a check for the appropriate fee. (Checks should be made payable to Majestic Vacations). Our offices near you
6. Send an email to visa@majestic-vacations.comto inform us that you have mailed your documents to us. Please include tracking number if you are sending to us by Fed Ex.

Visa Overview: Hong Kong

Visitor:

• U.S. citizens:
  Who possess a valid U.S. passport and are going to Hong Kong for business or tourism may stay in Hong Kong for 90 days without a visa.
• Chinese citizens:
  1. Who do not possess foreign residency can transit/stay in Hong Kong for 7 days without an entry permit if they have the return fight tickets. If they wish to stay over seven days, they must apply for approval through the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
  2. Who possessing foreign residency can apply for a Hong Kong Entry Permit for up to 14 days at the Chinese Embassy and Consulates. If they wish to stay for over fourteen days, they must apply for approval through the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
• The residence from all the other countries who wish to enter Hong Kong for employment, investment, education, training or residence must obtain an entry visa before coming to Hong Kong.

     Must be two-inch half length, bareheaded and full-faced photo. No laser photos are accepted.
• Cost:
  Payment may different due to the postage. Contact your local Majestic Vacation office for the total. If you pay by check, make check payable to "Majestic Vacations".

Additional comments:

It normally takes 4 to 6 weeks to process an entry visa application. Please refrain from making enquiries about the progress of the application unless it is absolutely necessary, as it may delay the processing of the application

Visa Overview: Singapore

Visitor:

Foreigners holding travel documents issued by different countries will require either a Business or Social Visit visa prior to entry into Singapore.

• U.S. citizens:
  Please refer to your enquiry regarding a Singapore visa. The holder of a United States passport, with a validity of six months or longer, does not require a visa to visit Singapore as a tourist, for business or for social visit purposes. The visitor must be in possession of a confirm onward or return air ticket, sufficient funds and entry facilities to the visitor's ultimate destination. The period of stay permitted is at the discretion of the immigration officer in Singapore and is normally for 30 days
• China passport holders

Requirements: (Send the following items to any of your local Majestic Vacation office)

• Two Visa Application Forms: Print out Visa Applicaiton form provide on the right side of this page, fill out completed, signed, and dated. Please provide day time contact phone number.
  
• Passport:
  Original passport and two photocopies of Passport (from Page 1 to passport validity date, including the US visa page). Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the last day of intended stay in Singapore.
• Photo:
  2 recent color passport photos.
  Must be two-inch half length, bareheaded and full-faced photo. No laser photos are accepted.
• Air Ticket:
  A photocopy of confirmed onward AIR-TICKET. Itineraries and open tickets are not acceptable. A valid visa for the next destination should be obtained (if applicable).
• Copy of US Resident Alien / PR /Green Card (if applicable).
• If you are returning to USA after visiting Singapore, please produce a valid US visa or relevant documentary proof confirming your returnability, e.g. INS Parole Paper, etc.
• Cost:
  Payment may different due to the postage. Contact your local Majestic Vacation office for the total. If you pay by check, make check payable to "Majestic Vacations".

Additional comments:

Original supporting documents will be returned immediately after checking at the submission counter.

Visa Overview: Thailand

Reservations:

• U.S. citizen and Canada citizen: Don't need a visa.
• China passport holders: Need the following proofs except all the regular documents.
  • Round-trip ticket.
  • Itenary.
  • Permanent resident alien card.
  • Proof of Financial, such as a bank statement.
  • Confirmed reservation a place or hotel to stay in Thailand.

Requirements: (Send the following items to any of your local Majestic Vacation office)

• One Visa Application Form:
  Print out Visa Applicaiton form provide on the right side of this page, fill out completed, signed, and dated.
• Passport: Original passport.
• Photo: 4cm by 6cm (2"x2")
  Six for China Passport holders; Two for others; Photographs must have a light color background with a full- face view of the person without wearing a hat or dark glasses. Photos must be taken within 6 months.
• Cost:
  Payment may different due to the postage. Contact your local Majestic Vacation offices for the total. If you pay by check, make check payable to "Majestic Vacations".

Additional comments:

Applying by mail will take approximately one week plus mailing time.

Visa Overview: Vietnam

Reservations:

Any foreigner or overseas Vietnamese wishing to visit Vietnam must fill out one entry visa application form. Applied up to six months prior to the date of travel.

Requirements: (Send the following items to any of your local Majestic Vacation office)

• One Visa Application Form:
  Print out Visa Applicaiton form provide on the right side of this page, fill out completed, signed, and dated.
• Passport: Original passport.
• Photo: 4cm by 6cm (2"x2")
  Two for overseas Vietnamese born in Vietnam; one for all other foreigners. The pictures should be of the head and shoulders only, taken without a hat. These pictures have to be no older than a year before the date of filing application.
• Cost:
  Payment may different due to the postage. Contact your local Majestic Vacation office for the total. If you pay by check, make check payable to "Majestic Vacations".

Additional comments:

1. Five business days are required to process normal visa applications.
2. Expedited processing requires two business days after the Embassy has received the application (additional fee required).
