16MVA05 Hello Bali

Day 01 Arrive in Bali
Upon arrival at Denpasar Airport, our tour guide will be waiting for you at the main
gate, holding the sign board with your name. After a warm welcome the guide will
take you directly to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day free for your own
leisure.

Day 02 Bali (B)

This half day tour is a must for Bali visitors. In the afternoon our tour begins
with a visit to the temple of Mengwi. Here is the famous Taman Ayun. Built
in the early 17th century for The Prince of Tabanan, this important temple is
surrounded by a large moat, signifying signifies the world of ocean. Further
on we give you the opportunity to watch the wild living monkeys at the
holy monkey forest of Alas Kedaton. The forest mainly consists of Nutmeg
Trees, a habitat for fruit bats (Flying Foxes) and 3 large monkey families. Save
some of your pictures for the magnificent sunset at the spectacular Tanah Lot
temple. This temple is built on the top of a rock in the Indian Ocean, just a few
hundred meters offshore. Watch the rough sea as it crashes into the coast.

Day 03 Bali (B,L)

Full day sightseeing designed as an orientation on the insights of Bali featuring
its natural, cultural, and artistic aspects. The tour begins with a stop at the village
of Batubulan where you will attend a cultural performance of Barong and Keris
Dance, which depicts the story of the eternal battle between the good and the
evil. Proceed to the artisan villages of Celuk, Mas and Ubud, known as the center
of Balinese gold and silver jeweler industry, wood carvings and art paintings
respectively. Drive up through rural villages and vast area of beautifully terraced
rice elds in Tegal Lalang and drive by hundreds of village temples before a visit is
made at the 17th century holy-spring Gunung Kawi temple at Sebatu. Enjoy a cool
break at the mountain village of Kintamani with its cool breeze and breathtaking
vista of the still-active Mount Batur and its crater-lake. Then drive back to your
hotel.

Day 04 Bali - U.S.A (B)

Relax the last hours after your breakfast at your hotel, have a last relaxing
massage before check-out. Your tour guide will pick you up ca three hours
before your ight and escort you to the airport.
